Shipment Methods

• We currently offer shipment with USPS.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and service selected. 
• Please note estimated delivery and processing times do not include Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Address Updates:

• If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• Invisible Places is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please reach out to us, and we will work together with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• Be aware, shipment investigations may be filed within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Proof of delivery may be provided upon request and will be taken into consideration for loss claims.
• USPS shipments may not be eligible for investigation depending on your region.
